Cancellation, Returns and Refund policy

  • Orders once placed can be cancelled in first 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Impulsive Lane offers an easy returns policy if any of the following reason or reasons are reported to our customer care team by an email or on phone within 24 hours of the delivery of material or 24 hours of the installation (if it is done by Impulsive Lane):
    1. The product delivered is damaged.
    2. The product delivered is defective.
    3. The product delivered is incorrect.
    4. The product delivered is incomplete.
  • Refund process would be initiated within 48 working hours of the cancellation or return claim is accepted by Impulsive lane.
  • It could take up to 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited.
  • An amount equivalent to the amount paid for cancelled or returned product would be returned.
  • Refund would be processed for same account from where the payment would have been made to impulsive Lane while pacing the order.
