It all started when I joined my husband Amit Chugh and my father in law Mr Subhash Chugh in our small family run business of Silver Arrow Ergonomic and Office Seating Solutions based in an industrial town Noida. My job was to take care of online retail leads that we used to get through various sources. While working on these leads I learned that a common person is not at all aware about the importance and reasons of ergonomic seating solutions. While interacting face to face with the walk - in prospects at our factory outlet in Noida, I realized that once explained about the wonderful features of our Silver Arrow Seating Solutions these prospects would convert into our clients, furthermore many of them coming back with their referred friends.
